Announcement to ALCC’S Members – Association of Liberian Construction Contractors

The Board of directors and Management of ALCC regret to announced the passing of Sackie G. Johnson, the President, which event occurred on the morning of November 5, 2025 at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital.

Following the demise of president Sackie G. Johnson, The Board, convened an emergency meeting with management and staff at ALCC’s headquarters, intended to discuss the occurrence of the sad event and the way forward to coordinate with family of the late Sackie G. Johnson for burial arrangements.

Accordingly, a committee headed by Dayor Wisseh was constituted and giving specific mandate to reach out to the family and keep the Board and Management informed of emerging development regarding the burial process. Other Members are as following:

In accordance with ALCC’s Constitution, the Board also informed and instructed Mrs. Kimberly K. Toure to continue with the work of the presidency until elections. Immediate actions to be considered by the acting president are stated below:

That the acting president ensure the hosting of General Assembly before the burial of the Late Sackie G Johnson. That the GA date be decided before the end of NOV,05,2025

Moving forward the Board & Management will keep ALCC’s members updated as issues regarding the burial of the Late Sackie G. Johnson unfolds.
